由插畫家跨界當里長發起的社區活動，希望為地方社區的動物與環境問題發聲，透過藝術進入社區，藉由藝術彩繪強化動物保護觀念，宣導正確的流浪動物知識，帶領民眾更進一步探索人與動物的關係，呈現另類的生命教育。讓民眾對動物議題關懷與重視，並增加對社區的認同感。 這裡的里民大多為高齡化居民，為了增加民眾的參與度與認同感，主視覺以5歲的小孩插畫與文字為主軸編排，設計海報與週邊宣傳品，證明投入活動與藝術的門檻非常的容易，讓更多民眾願意投入活動當中，製作面具、遊行花車，並加入遊行隊伍當中，向更多人傳達活動理念。
This is a community activity initiated by the illustrator also Chief of Fengyu Village, which is intended to voice for the animal and environmental problems of the local community. Through art, we go deep into the community, strengthen the concept of animal protection through art painting, advocate correct cognition of stray animals, and lead the people to further explore the relationship between people and animals, which presents a unique life education. We hope to make people care and pay attention to animal issues and increase their sense of identity with the community.

In this village, most of the people are elderly residents. In order to increase people's participation and identity, the key vision is to design posters and peripheral publicity materials based on the illustrations and words by 5-year-old children. In the purpose of proving that the threshold to participate in activities and art is very low, so that more people will be willing to participate in activities. In addition, we employ DIY masks and festooned vehicle and join the procession to convey the idea and concept of the activity to more people.
